Browse Happy?
Well, I never noticed that - having naturally been with Firefox since it was Phoenix and used to explode your machine with great regularity I don’t often need to touch other fine browser products….
however, I did have to do a bit of work that involved changing the browser ua string, - entirely legit, I would point out - and having left it not on Firefox, was surprised to receive a BrowseHappy exhortation at the bottom of the WP admin pages.
On checking, the Great Helmsman apparently finds Opera acceptable as well - basically it’s everything except IE. Not quite sure whether it’s an exhortation or an admonition…

Given that Matt is actually rather fond of IE7 and was nagged into removing his firefox affiliate links some months ago, the continuing linklove for browsehappy is strange. I think its function nowadays is purely symbolic; it reminds everyone that it’s Matt’s software and he can use it to plug whatever pointless links he likes.

Hmm, yes - there’s always the implication, ‘my software’, in the public utterances…
