It’s true - there no one hosting package that will suit you until the time comes to retire to the Bahamas with all those lovely AdSense earnings - or even carry on ticking over with a minimum of maintenance while you are on the beach with a daiquiri…. Everybody needs something different and indeed needs do change over time.

Today’s site is a web hosting comparison site, specialising in multiple domain hosting information and articles. You tend to get what you pay for with hosting - so to get amongst the detail, as supplied by user/community comments, is often the most revealing. Some people need the support, some need reliability, (reselling becomes a lot easier in that case), some people just need it cheap - though whether they’re more philosophical when they get into some of the inevitable problems that go with the cheaper hosting packages is entirely another matter…

The measure of these comparison site lies in their impartiality - not, as we know, always complete - so check through each category: best Windows hosting, best PHP hosting etc., and if you see the same old names keep cropping up in the first three positions, well, you can draw your own conclusions from that… (The ‘editor’s choice’ is often the first and last answer).

There is no one perfect web hosting company - it’s an immutable fact, set in stone that they’ll manage to do something to give you grief, sooner or later. The best that can be done is to limit the damage by making the most informed choice beforehand.
